APPLICATION OF DEFECTS OF GOODS OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT
The Chinese seller will provide a warranty for the purchased goods. The price of the service includes our assistance in the application of defects or other problems associated with the delivery or condition of the goods.
GUARANTEE PERIODS PROVIDED BY CHINA DEALERS
- Chinese retailers provide a 3-12 month warranty
- The 1 year warranty (if any) is always visible in the product description, usually for phones, tablets, etc.
- 3 months warranty is provided for smaller consumer goods - eg chargers, batteries, lamps, lasers, light bulbs etc.
PROCEDURE IN CASE OF DEFECT
- Do not throw away the original package or the envelope in which the product came.
- Demonstrate a problem - photograph / film the goods, including the package, so that there is a clear problem.
- Documentation of defects is a requirement of Chinese vendors when they have no other option how to check the defect. Send us the materials to firstname.lastname@example.org
POSSIBLE WAYS TO CORRECT A DEFECT
- You keep the item and the seller sends new one.
- You keep the item and the seller will give you a discount.
- You keep the item and the seller refunds you money (in case of small values).
- Return the goods to China for review / repair / replacement (necessary for expensive goods - phones, tablets, etc.).
